Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders within the United States.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery Times

Ground shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes for certain items that require signature or temperature control.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Massey Drugs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email info@masseydrugs.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We’ll review your request and provide instructions for an exchange.

Returns
